Review being given based on Sukhwani Hermosa Casa project in Mundhwa. - Poor workmanship in construction - Inferior quality of material - Lack of experienced and stable team of Architecht and Engineers - Unscrupulous sales team resulting in high pitch sales promises without underlying knowledge - Poor space management, lack of open play area for kids, limited and congested playzone infrastructure - No dedicated car parking space and management - Ineffective security service providers - Deceptive agreement terms intended to fool and cheat customers - Obtaining OCs without completing the project as per agreement which results into compromised infrastructure - Amenties Tower of 7 storeys was key highlight in the project and now no whereabouts of such Tower. In brief a complete misguiding and untrustworthy builder. I would suggest potential buyers to enquire independently with owner residents before booking.

Hi, We have purchased flat in Sukhwani's Empire Square project. This review is mainly regarding the amenities provided by Builder. Considering the population density in this society, the open area is comparatively very small and also the amenities like Ganesh Temple which is still pending fro building side. Society people many times followed with builder but they have bother about it giving many reasons. We do not recommend anybody to book any flat in this society or the new tower builder constructing. Falls commitments.
