Please bear with me for a slightly lengthy review, as I wanted to do complete justice to the effort and experience. We feel lucky to have found Kams Design for our 3BHK interior project. Choosing to work with them truly saved us time, effort, and money. In the end, my family and I are extremely happy with the outcome. It feels incredibly special to live in a space that has come together exactly the way we envisioned. 1. Overall Experience – 5/5 The overall experience was highly professional from start to finish. The entire process was well-managed and delivered great value for the investment. A special mention goes to Ms. Meenakshi, who, despite her busy schedule, ensured that everything was executed smoothly and without any issues. 2. Design Work – 5/5 The design team, especially Ms. Mokshada, did an excellent job by providing multiple creative design options. She was always open to accommodating additional design requests and handled everything with a positive attitude. The turnaround time was impressive, maintaining good speed throughout the process. 3. Quotation Process – 5/5 The quotation process was overall smooth and satisfactory. Kams offers multiple vendor options, which provides flexibility. However, to get the best value, it requires time, persistence, and good negotiation skills. It is strongly recommended to request a detailed cost breakup, compare it with market rates, and conduct on-site verification before finalizing the quotation. 4. Selection (Tiles, Laminates, Curtains, Wallpaper) – 5/5 There was a wide range of options available across tiles, laminates, curtains, and wallpapers to suit different budgets. The Kams team, along with their vendors, provided full support and guidance as promised, making the selection process convenient and efficient. 5. Masonry Work – 4/5 The masonry work was completed as per the initial commitment, and the team was professional and courteous. However, some finishing aspects could have been improved, such as tile joints where small filler pieces were used, which may not look neat over time and could accumulate dirt. 6. Electrical Work – 5/5 The electrical work was handled by one of the best teams involved in the project. They exhibited high professionalism and ensured the work was executed neatly and accurately, meeting expectations completely. 7. False Ceiling – 5/5 The false ceiling work was exceptionally well done, with complete satisfaction achieved. Special thanks to Abbas and his team for their neat execution and attention to detail. 8. Furniture – 4.5/5 Furniture was a major component of the project and was completed in approximately 45 days, which is commendable given the volume of work. A team of 3 to 5 members consistently worked on-site throughout the day. The quality of materials, finishing, and overall behavior of the team were highly satisfactory. Special thanks to Ugam Sir, Nyaneswar, and Sethruram along with their team. However, due to time pressure, the last 5% of the work was rushed, which slightly impacted the finishing quality. 9. Wallpaper, Curtains, Sofa – 5/5 The work related to wallpapers, curtains, and sofa was excellent. The quality, color selection, and professionalism demonstrated throughout this part of the project were highly satisfactory. 10. Painting – 4.5/5 Painting was another major task after furniture. Vijay and his team did a great job, with 2–3 members working consistently for nearly 15 days to complete it. While the overall work was impressive, the final finishing touches were slightly compromised due to time constraints. 11. Deep Cleaning – 0.5/5 The deep cleaning service provided by Vijay Home Services was not satisfactory and is not recommended. There was poor planning due to incorrect assessment of the work required. The team arrived with minimal equipment, such as wipes and basic chemicals, which were insufficient for thorough cleaning. Although the team worked hard with the available resources, the outcome was disappointing and not worth the time or money spent.

I had a wonderful experience with KAMS Designer Zone for my flat interiors. The entire journey was smooth, well-coordinated and completed on time. The team was professional, friendly and very accommodating throughout the project. The design selections suggested by Meenakshi Ma’am were excellent and matched our taste and requirements beautifully. I would also like to thank Kamal Sir for his valuable guidance during the 2D and 3D design stage, which helped us visualize the final outcome clearly.
