Livspace – Interior Design Studio, Kharadi

Recently I get the workdone from Livspace, where I faced lot of challenges i.e. costing, design, assembly, delivery and handover. People who don't have visualization skills what is going to deliver then definately they will face lot of shocks either on project delivery or handover. Same case is happend to me right from booking to handover. During booking sales team put lot of pressure to do the booking by agreeing 3d design presentation, on time delivery with expedite manner and material costing. But that's all get change once you entered in respective phase. During design they have some low experience designer who design the sizes of each item with standard sizes what they have without acknowledging you weather it will be useful or not for you. I have spent 3-4 hours of multiple sittings still the time which where I missed to discuss or not highlighted the points were deliver with their standard sizes which has no meaing for me. I have kept a good amount of monitoring on their each activity but still 2 items are delivered with problematic sizes. Design manager has no idea how the item size should he/she is concentrate on collecting money on each sitting. When they get the money their timeline are getting pushed with some sense less excuses like I didn't carry laptop, I have weekly off, software glitch and network issue. Their site visit for sizing, site validation and kickoff consume lot of time as per their internal adjustment and pretend like it all takes time because of delay in payment or other excuses. Correction in 3d design can be done in an hour or day itself if they need to collect the money, but if money is already collected and some mistakes are found then this change require more than a week with multiple follow up. Each item what they have designed is as per their standard sizes even though it is useful for you or not. They didn't try to understand what size do you need. If you ask then only it can be modified and for that also you need to monitor these change in their design document and during installation. Otherwise you will have shock at the time of delivery. For me 2 flaw i.e. drawer of wardrobe are very small and study table cabinet is small in size have installed which they say as per standard but have not very useful for me. Not a single file is getting fitted in it. After raising this concern no reply from anyone. I was expecting this project should be delivered by end of March but it has been delayed to May due to design team.

NO NO NO! Don't ever enter Livspace Kharadi Center!!! Mark my words!! You will do such a bad thing that you will not be able to do anything!
